Reporting Covid Cases 18th - 20th December 2020
Please complete and submit a copy of our Coronavirus (COVID-19) Contact Tracing Form for any pupil or employee of White Woods Primary Academy Trust who has tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) and developed symptoms on:
- Friday 18th December,
- Saturday 19th December, or
- Sunday 20th December.
The main symptoms of COVID-19 are:
- A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature,
- A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual,
- A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.
If the person who has tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19) did not develop symptoms please complete and submit a copy of our Coronavirus (COVID-19) Contact Tracing Form if their test was taken on:
- Friday 18th December,
- Saturday 19th December, or
- Sunday 20th December.
Please complete and submit a copy of our Coronavirus (COVID-19) Contact Tracing Form by Thursday 24th December 2020 at the latest.
